Responder Strong Receives Support from Webull to Strengthen Behavioral Health Disaster Response
New York, NY – September 15, 2025 – ResponderStrong announced today that Webull (NASDAQ: BULL), an online investment platform, has made a significant donation to advance efforts to build a national behavioral health disaster response system for first responders.
The gift will help create the infrastructure needed to better support firefighters and other responders facing behavioral health challenges during and after disasters. “We’re grateful to Webull for recognizing the importance of this work,” said Dr. Sara Jahnke, President of ResponderStrong. “Their support helps us take an important step toward ensuring first responders have the resources they need when they need them most.”
This effort builds on more than two decades of progress in responder behavioral health, forged in part by retired New York City Fire Department’s Captain Frank Leto. Following the September 11, 2001 attacks, Captain Leto emerged as a pioneer in responder mental health, leading initiatives that transformed how the fire service supports its members. ResponderStrong’s mission is to carry that legacy forward, institutionalizing and expanding access to behavioral health resources for responders nationwide.
