The Fire & EMS Scholars Alliance is a community of academically trained fire and EMS professionals committed to transforming science into service. As a specialized initiative of Science to the Station, we bridge scholarly research and frontline experience to create actionable solutions for the fire and emergency services community.

By translating complex findings into practical tools and fostering mentorship across career stages, we empower both emerging and established scholars to lead the integration of evidence into policy, practice, and culture.

Membership in the Scholars Alliance is reserved for current or former fire and EMS professionals who are pursuing or have completed advanced academic training. If your primary role is in research or academia (rather than fire/EMS operations), we invite you to explore the Research Alliance for Fire & EMS, which may be a better fit for your work.
